A Typical Day

Early morning: Coffee/Green Juice.
Fasted Yoga session: 45 minute yoga session to loosen out tight muscles, joints and prepare your body and mind for a day of training. 
Breakfast: prepared daily by our on-site 5 star Chef. Breakfast will meet all dietary requirements and macronutrient needs.
Personal Training Session: Each day every guest will receive a 30 minute training session with coaches from No17 Personal Training.


Lunch

 A variety of top quality, locally sourced food. All meals are gluten, dairy and sugar-free. We work closely with our expert Chef to choose a menu that fuels and nourishes your body. 

Unlike traditional bootcamps that restrict food intake, we at My Retreat nourish your body, train it hard and use varying recovery protocols to optimize results.

Free Time

 

Each day individuals will have their own free time, whether you choose to relax in the tranquil setting of L’Ermitage, explore the gardens or cool down with a dip in our private pool or simply rest. This is YOUR retreat and this is YOUR time to spend as you wish. 

 


Wind Down Meditation/Yoga
